REBA Nominee…and Happy New Year!
I hope everybody had a great Christmas holiday and is looking forward to a Happy New Year and productive 2007!
I have done some upgrades to the site software, so that should allow me to spend a lot less time managing the SPAM attacks, and getting new posts up!

The voting is a scam. Pick the ones they have listed or you can’t vote. Oh yeah, you could write in someone but if you aren’t savvy as to other sites then you can’t vote. Another skewed poll. What a shame. The NAR will probably be able to use this poll as some sort of referendum. . .

Everybody’s a critic on some level, I guess.
BKlawyer, care to suggest how to run a manageable awards program without paring down the list to a final set of nominees? You seem good at trying to tear something down; how about making a constructive suggestion?
I’m all ears — the goal for the REBAs is to celebrate the best in real estate blogging; and obviously this is the first year of the awards. I hope they’ll adapt, become better and larger than just my little site.
I can assure you the REBAs are *not* a scam. Best of luck in the new year.
