Great site and interesting method of attempting to educate those poor folks. Could appraisers be added to the "insiders"? They are such cooperative little guys/gals.

SoCalMtgGuy,
It looks great! I've added you to my list of favorites, and will be checking in daily. I don't have much to post usually (except my personal experience with the last California RE bubble), but I learn so much from both Ben's site and yours. You're going to be busy consulting, I'm sure. Thanks for all your hard work!

SoCal,

I like the new design except for the font, which I think is too large. But that's nitpicky stuff. Just as long as you don't do white type on black, which I hate.

Best of luck to your venture... if there are any people who deserve to make some cash off this crazyness it's people like you and Ben.

mtnrunner2

What font did you like better? The font of the post/comments or the header font?

What I will probably end up doing...is keep both blogs going...but post the FORUM and CONSULTING links to the other site. The main reason for the new site was to be able to add more pages...especially the consulting page.

As much time as I am spending doing this, I need to generate some money.

Thanks for the input!
